Guys!!! in terms of value, no doubt this is one of the best which I had seen. Got an opportunity to visit the compound couple of weeks back with one of my friend who booked a unit there. We have been roaming here and there and visited many compounds, where we felt either the prices are extremely high, or the units and compound is not up to the mark, and sometimes the community just won't fit for a European.
Ranco, solved all those things. My friend stopped searching after we visited Ranco. I really recommend for western families and bachelors..

The compound has very goog security with 2 giant giants, blockers, security huts, and sets of spikes. Only downside is that they do not conduct through security searches such as luggage checks and X-Ray scans. However the houses are a good size and the faciliities on the compound are good with: Resturants, sports hall, library, barbers, pools and a small shop which you can buy basic groceries.
You can exit and enter during Ramadan and the compound staff are not racist and sexist

Had visited many compounds in Riyadh. Honestly this is the best value for money western residential compound in Riyadh. The management is open for suggestions, ready to improve day by day which is a great benefit for residents which is really rare to experience in the market.
If you are looking for a Western Community residential compound, that too which worth every penny of you, then no need to search further... take my word guys, just select and book your unit and thank me later...

A wonderful complex in an upscale area and I noticed that the people who are guarding it are the highly qualified National Guard force and the armed force trained to guard the sites with all professionalism .. This gives a truly wonderful security impression

A wonderful compound in an upscale area. I found the residents there are really nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed using the faculties which were always well looked after.
